Romantic drama by director Ishii Gakuryu, formerly known as Ishii Sogo, who came out with the feature film Isn't Anyone Alive? after a decade-long hiatus. Nurtured over a 7-year period, this challenging work breaks with his past style and pioneers new ground with this dialogue-driven story.
A bizarre phenomenon occurs in which flowers blossom on girls' breasts, and a component for pharmaceutical development can be extracted when the flowers are in full bloom. While researching the flowers botanist Otaki (Ayano Go) and therapist Kyoko (Kuroki Haru) fall in love, and Kyoko comes under the spell of the flowers.
