[ Story ]
The second movie of television and movie series based on Manabe Shohei's manga. It presents a realistic depiction of survival ability of an underground money lender living in a lawless world. Its director is the socially conscious Yamaguchi Masatoshi, who led launch the series.
Ushijima (Yamada Takayuki), who lends money at the exorbitant rate of fifty percent interest per ten days, is visited by bike gang leader Aizawa (Nakao Akiyoshi). He asks Ushijima to lend money to bike thief Masaru (Suda Masaki) so that he can pay him compensation. However, Ushijima refuses, and makes Masaru his employee instead.
