[ Story ]
A drama that depicts four generations of a family at the mercy of Japan's nuclear power policy. Scriptwriter Kanno Hiroshi, a Fukushima Prefecture native, was inspired to produce and direct the film by the will left by his father, who was exposed to radiation at the No.1 nuclear plant.
In 1945, Hideo (Oki Masato) is sent to mine for uranium. In 1966, his daughter Aiko (Natsuki Yoko) breaks up with her lover Kenji (Katsuno Hiroshi), who opposes the construction of a nuclear plant. Then in 2011, the Great East Japan Earthquake hits, and Aiko's granddaughter Rei (Chiba Miku) wanders the streets of Tokyo...
