Follows actress Watanabe Misako as she performs the "Mr. Constitution" monologue presented by TV talent Matsumoto Hiro for twenty-plus years and read-aloud theater about atomic bombs by Watanabe and other veteran actresses, as well as their thoughts about the performances. Directed by Inoue Junichi of Inheritance. He collaborates once again with lawyer Managi Ikutaro to reexamine fundamental questions including "What is a Constitution?" and "Why do we have a Constitution?"
