An adaptation of Mikimoto Rin's smash hit girls' manga by the ROMANTIC PRELUDE duo of director Kumazawa Naoto and screenwriter Manabe Yukiko. Yamashita Tomohisa (Tomorrow's Joe) plays a standoffish teacher who enters into a forbidden love affair with a prodigious female student.
High school girl Yuni (Komatsu Nana) has the best grades in her year but English is her Achilles heel. In the process of receiving additional tuition after school from English teacher Sakurai Haruka (Yamashita), the two of them unwittingly fall in love. Eventually, Yuni gets an opportunity to study overseas.
