Feature film adaptation of the popular TV drama starring Fujiwara Tatsuya and Okada Masaki. A high-caliber but loony analyst and enthusiastic rookie inspector crack the toughest cases. Directed by Sato Touya of Kaiji.
Akagi Samon (Fujiwara), leader of the police department's "ST" scientific task force, is named as a murder suspect. Yurine Tomohisa (Okada) and others in the squad believe he is innocent and investigate Dojima Naomi (Adachi Yumi), a mysterious woman behind the incident, but Akagi confesses to the crime and then escapes from prison.
