The first half of a two-part feature film adaptation of an animated television series based on Torii Nagomu's light novel.
One day after school, a half-human, half-monster boy named Kanbara Akihito (voice: KENN) encounters a girl called Mirai (voice: Taneda Risa) just as she is about to dive off a rooftop. She is the last survivor of a race of particularly accursed beings among Spirit World Warriors. Unchanging clubrooms, unchanging days, an unchanging world... This was the kind of life they were supposed to lead. However, when Mirai and Akihito met, the world changed forever.
