[ Story ]

A yakuza action movie with an outlandish premise: people who are bitten by gangsters begin transforming into them. Its director is Miike Takashi, known for his prolific output in a wide variety of genres. Selected for the 2015 Cannes Film Festival's Directors' Fortnight section.
Kageyama (Ichihara Hayato) joins a gang led by Kamiura (Lily Franky), a yakuza who is rumored to be immortal. After coming face-to-face with the reality of being an underling, he starts to lose heart. Then one day, the gang is attacked by an assassin, and when Kageyama is bitten on the neck by the dying Kamiura, he is transformed into a "yakuza vampire."
