The live-action adaptation of Mitsuda Shinzo's horror-mystery which depicts the terror of the ghost, "Nozokime", which delivers death to whomever meets its gaze even from the merest opening between curtains, a window, etc. The director is Miki Koichiro who has also taken on the horror genre in the "Torihada gekijoban" series.
Ayano (Itano Tomomi), a recently hired assistant director at a television station, is covering the mysterious death of a college student who was found dead with a twisted midriff and mud spewed from the mouth. People are saying ever since visiting and spending the night at an abandoned village deep in the mountains with a college club, the student had been troubled by the feeling an ominous stare was on them.
