The second live-action adaption of Ando Keishu's gag-filled manga, 'Kyukyoku!! Hentai Kamen', depicts with added portrayals of amplified special moves the activities of a righteous hero who wears a panty over his head. The principle cast and staff from the previous film return, including director Fukuda Yuichi.
Kyosuke (Suzuki Ryohei) transforms into the superhumanly powerful Hentai Kamen by donning a panty. He continues to battle evil, but his girlfriend, Aiko (Shimizu Fumika), who bears conflicted feelings over this, says she wants her panty back.
