Road movie featuring Matsunaga Ruiko, whose grandmother survived the Nagasaki atomic bomb. Directed by Nitta Yoshitaka of Utae machigwa.
The Fukushima nuclear power plant accident on March 11, 2011 prompts Ruiko to go on a journey to Nagasaki, Fukushima, Aomori and the US with the question, "Is there any difference between nuclear power plants and nuclear bombs?" The atomic bombs were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki 71 years ago. Japanese people should grasp the dangers of nuclear radiation, so why did they let the Fukushima accident happen? Soon Ruiko discovers an important fact that politicians have kept hidden.
