[ Story ]

A crime drama based on a true story. Dealing with the "worst scandal in Japanese police history" which came to light in 2002, the film depicts the twenty-six years of corrupt police involvement with drug and gun smuggling. The director is Shiraishi Kazuya, who dealt with a true crime in The Devil's Path.
Moroboshi (Ayano Go) finds a job with the Hokkaido Police Department where his reputed judo skills are valued. Not finding fulfillment in his duties, however, Moroboshi's days are gloomy. Eventually, he goes along with his superior's advice to acquire moles in the underworld. So, as Moroboshi intimately consorts with criminal organizations, his unconventional investigation begins.
