Second film based on Yuzuki Yuko's novel about an epic battle royal between yakuza and police. Director Shiraishi Kazuya returns with a completely original story that picks up three years after the last film.
Detective Hioka (Matsuzaka Tori) keeps underworld Hiroshima under control after Ogami gets killed in the yakuza conflict. However, the delicate power balance collapses when yakuza boss Uebayashi Shigehiro (Suzuki Ryohei) is released from prison. The arrival of the fiendish Uebayashi spells trouble for Hioka.
