Film adaptation based on Richard Woo's original story and Sugimura Shinichi's violence manga. Resuming on from the television drama, the film depicts the deathly struggle of the "Dias Police", the secret police organization of illegal immigrants living in Tokyo.
A female, undocumented resident of Tokyo is kidnapped. Dias Police Kubozuka (Matsuda Shota) storms the place she is held, but is narrowly too late and she is murdered. Kubozuka is informed two young men who fled from the scene are Zhou (Suga Kenta) and Lin (NOZOMU), members of Asian crime syndicate, "Dirty Yellow Boys."
