New film adaptation of the survival horror story based on Matsumoto Koji's same-named comic which was adapted for film in 2009 and turned into a TV drama in 2013, starring the Shiraishi Shunya and Suzuki Ryohei from the TV drama production. Tells the story of escape from an isolated island ruled by vampires. Directed by Watanabe Takeshi of Neko Samurai - A Tropical Adventure.
High school student Miyamoto Akira (Shiraishi) returns to the isolated Higanjima island to rescue his older brother Atsushi (Suzuki), who was left behind there. Akira and his pals battle vampires and giant demons, and then they reunite with Atsushi, who has also turned into a vampire.
