Sato Sakichi, a screenwriter known for Mahjong Hourouki 2020 among others, directs his own original script for a two-part horror story. This first installment depicts the terror encircling girls who are both orphans.
Mei (Asakawa Nana), who was raised in an orphanage, is adopted by the wealthy Mr. and Mrs. Uda. She is greeted by Rana (Kita Kana), a girl previously adopted by the Uda's with the same birth date as Mei. One day, the Uda's announce that due to the failure of the family business, one of them will have to go back to the orphanage which puts Mei and Rana at odds with one another.
