[ Story ]
This is the story of three sportsman brothers living in the Ginza, the busiest street in Tokyo.
lchiro, the eldest, is a former title holder of the amateur bantam weight wrestling championship.
Yuji, the second son, is a fine American football player and Shuzo, is student light-weight boxing champion.
To their mother Kiku, the three sons appear to have a very promising future and she reposes great trust in them. Their father Shukichi, a pleasure- seeking optimist, operates a drapery shop.
lchiro always avoids women and has no girlfriends. Yuji, on the other hand, takes up with women easily. Shuzo, a bohemian, is always dieting so that he may not exceed the weight limit.
However, the three brothers are popular among the local girls who wish they could marry any one of them.
Setsuko, a young and pretty kinswoman living under the same roof, is in love with Yuji although he is unaware of her affection.
Momoko, a nearby coffee shop hostess, is strongly attached to Shuzo, but he does not pay much attention to her.
One day, the three meet a raving beauty on separate occasions and are unaware they have met the same girl. Finally it dawns on them that they are all seeking Chikami. But the two younger brothers concede Chikami to lchiro and Yuji finds happiness with Setsuko, and Shuzo with Momoko.
