[ Story ]

Michi (Ruriko Asaoka)'s first encounter with Nobuyuki Ishida (Eiji Okada), secretary to the chairman of a private school, takes place in the drawing room, when she attempts to swindle him out of two million yen for alleged rape by his son.
Akie (Kyoko Kishida), Ishida's wife and the chairman's daughter, offers her a million, but he gives her what she demands.
Now Michi is not only satisfied, but she has a mad desire for Ishida and calls him every day asking for a date. His sympathy for her gradually evolves into love, and he soon allows her insatiable passion to strip him of his decency.
And even when Michi crushes Akie's pride by revealing her affair with her husband, Ishida's anger is only momentary.
Goro (Yusuke Kawazu), a young painter who claims to be Michi's lover, frequently visits her for money and Ishida cannot bear seeing him naked in her bed. For five million yen the painter says he will let Michi alone. Ishida gives him the money, but Goro never stops seeing her. Ishida accidentally kills him and Michi visits him daily at the police station.
At last, free from his past, he starts a new life with Michi, and buys her a bar. Then she takes a fancy to a young engineer, Akizuki (Takao Ito), who is engaged to Ishida's sister (Eiko Azusa).
Ishida asks her to let him alone but she takes Akizuki for a midnight drive and intentionally wrecks the car. He is seriously injured, but this thrills her. Death is the only way to make him hers. Ishida begs her to forget about Akizuki and love only him. But her desire is too great for her to be satisfied with one man. She hungers for fresh excitement and wild pleasure, like a vixen in the wood.
After Ishida leaves, she falls asleep in her bath, and leakage of gas ends a life of passion and infidelity.
