[ Story ]

Rokuro (Masakazu Tamura), a student, hires out for the summer on a fishing vessel. He finds himself involved in an adventure, however, when the ship stops at Okinawa for repairs and he and his shipmates run into a gangster named Ganaha (Seizaburo Kawazu). At first it seems that he is merely befriending them, but they learn soon enough that he has other plans. The first is that they dispose of a dead body which has come his way. While engaged at this task on a distant island, they are strafed by an unknown aircraft. Also, Kana (Yukie Kagawa), a local girl with them, recognizes the corpse as that of her cousin and fiancé. They decide to take it back but discover that her father refuses to recognize it. Rokuro and his friends now know that they are being used by Ganaha and his gang but there seems no way to escape. In the meantime, Ganaha has more plans for these unfortunates. He intends to get them used as targets by the U.S. Forces stationed in Okinawa.
