Drama about a young woman's emotional growth as she overcomes the deaths of those dear to her after meeting a female mortician. Directed by accomplished screenplay writer Ito Hidehiro.
Ai (Ayane) lost her parents in a traffic accident when she was a child and is tormented by nightmares about the incident. One day, Ai meets a female mortician named Yayoi (Takashima Reiko), who restores corpses so they can be let go in peace. Ai decides to apprentice for Yayoi so she can come to terms with her own issues.
