Nanba Atsuko's identically titled comic is adapted to this live-action love story. In the director's chair is Furusawa Takeshi of Love for Beginners.
Rio (Aoi Wakana) is a Tokyo-raised high school girl who dreams of a destined romance. She ends up spending her summer vacation at her grandmother's home out amid natural surroundings where she meets local high schooler Ginzo (Sano Hayato). Rio is immediately smitten. Ginzo is also becoming steadily attracted to Rio but when summer vacation ends the two will have to go their separate ways. As their feelings grow, the end of summer nears.
