Live-action film adaptation of the outlaw manga with story by Carib Marley and artwork by Imashiro Takashi. Touching and humorous portrayal of the friendship between guys at society's bottom rung. The virtuoso actor Yamada Takayuki was a fan of the manga and plays the lead and serves as producer for the film.
Ukon (Yamada Takayuki) is a pure-hearted social misfit who spends his days helping a weird activist search for hidden treasure. His only friend in life is his co-worker Ushiyama (Arakawa Yoshiyoshi). Ukon's younger brother Sakon (Satoh Takeru) is an elite trading company employee and worries about these two do-nothing guys, but unexpected events unfold.
