The second chapter in the feature-length animated trilogy of the globally popular "Godzilla" franchise. The original story and screenplay is written by "Puella Magi Madoka Magica" series screenwriter Urobuchi Gen.
Haruo (voice: Miyano Mamoru) is attacked by the 300 meter tall evolution of Godzilla called Godzilla Earth, but is saved by the Houtua people who appear to be the surviving remnants of the human race. Furthermore, the arrowheads they possess is confirmed to be made from the same material developed for the anti-Godzilla weapon, Mecha Godzilla.
