Medical drama based on a true story. Highlights problems in Japan's medical system through the eyes of a rookie hospital administrative assistant. Directorial debut for Tsuchida Hirokazu, an orthopedic surgeon.
Former flight attendant Kazuyo (Kubo Haruka) gets a job as an administrative assistant at a provincial hospital. She assists hospital director Mineyama (Suruga Taro) in recruiting doctors, and she succeeds in headhunting Shiratori (Okabe Nao), who previously treated her for an injury. Kazuyo falls for Shiratori, a young doctor who really cares about his patients, but things take an unexpected turn.
