The television drama about emergency medical care heads to the theaters. The air medical services team set out to deal with major accidents at Narita Airport and the Umihotaru Parking Area situated on Tokyo Bay. The film commemorates the tenth anniversary since the series was aired and has attained an extended run in theaters.
Three months have passed since the subway tunnel collapse incident. Aizawa (Yamashita Tomohisa) of the Shoyo University-affiliated Hokubu Hospital Emergency & Critical Care Center has decided to transfer to Toronto University. Meanwhile, dispatch calls to a failed landing at Narita Airport sends the Emergency & Critical Care team into action.
