Live-action adaptation of the same-named comic by Kouda Momoko, who is also known for No Longer Heroine. A high school girl falls for her good-looking but complicated substitute teacher and goes all out to win his heart. Reunites LET ME EAT YOUR PANCREAS heroine Hamabe Miha with director Tsukikawa Sho.
Chipper and simple Ayuha (Hamabe) is a 16-year-old hopeless romantic. Her lack of tact has resulted in seven consecutive fails at getting a boyfriend, and her cool substitute teacher Hiromitsu (Takeuchi Ryoma) makes fun of her plight. At first, she was mad, but she gradually becomes obsessed with him.
