Final film in the trilogy of theatrical film anime adaptations of Karakara Kemuri's popular comic ?Laughing Under the Clouds Gaiden.? Depicts a new journey and the beginning of the separation for Soramaru, the second eldest of the three Kumo brothers, and Chutaro, the youngest brother.
When their older brother leaves Otsu, Soramaru (voice: Kaji Yuki) and Chutaro (voice: Yonaga Tsubasa) are confronted with the heavy responsibility of carrying on the Kumo family name. Then, Soramaru is training when he is attacked by a man who has the same demon snake scales as his older brother Tenka. Soramaru and the others try to find out the man?s true identity and discover a shocking fact. Then, the ?Yamainu? rise up before them.
