Nakata Hideo, director of the quintessential J-Horror film Ring, adapts the erotic-thriller novel of the same name by Oishi Kei. Four actresses depict with uninhibited eroticism the four personalities of the heroine.
Kyoko (Asuka Rin) works at a bistro. Due to sexual abuse she suffered from her step-father during her childhood, she has developed multiple-personalities and can not love the opposite sex. She develops a crush for Tajima (Mizuhashi Kenji), the attractive novelist who lives next door to her, but as they become closer strange events begin happening around them.
