[ Story ]

Adachi Shin, who won the Japan Academy Prize Screenplay of the Year for 100 Yen Love, adapted the script from his own same-named semi-autobiographical novel and takes the megaphone for his second feature film. This humorous portrayal of a husband and wife's love-hate relationship won the Best Screenplay Award at the 32nd Tokyo International Film Festival.
Gota (Hamada Gaku) is an unsuccessful screenplay writer in his tenth year of marriage with Chika (Mizukawa Asami), his college sweetheart. He's broke and reviled by his wife, but he takes her and their five-year-old daughter on a trip to find stories for his screenplay.
