[ Story ]
Shiori, a student living in Tokyo, feels lost in life. Her mother Satomi is an AI researcher, dedicated both to her work and educating her daughter to the highest level. Shiori stops going to school after getting banned from playing the Japanese taiko drum, which she learned from her beloved grandmother Kikue. She travels to Kagoshima to see Kikue, who asks Shiori to go to the mystical island of Yakushima to play the taiko. On her way, she meets a robot under remote control.
