[ Story ]

The Keifuku Electric Rail Arashiyama Line commonly known as "Randen" is the through line of this film depicting the romantic circumstances of three couples that occur in the film studio town. Director Suzuki Takuji of The Wife of Gegege among others and star Iura Arata team up for the second time since "A Band Rabbit" and a Boy.
Non-fiction writer Hiraoka Eisei (Iura) rents a room adjacent to the Randen and commences research in to strange stories associated with the Randen. His underlying intention is to recall memories of something he previously experienced with his wife (Abe Satoko) in the area.
