The president of the Kunpusha publishing giant suddenly dies, triggering an internal power struggle over his successor. Trinity magazine editor Hayami (Oizumi Yo) is forced to contend with the magazine's possible termination by senior manager Tomatsu (Sato Koichi). Hayami grapples with publishing world ruffians in a struggle for the magazine's very existence.
