The SFX television series receives a theatrical release with series director/supervisor Miike Takashi at the helm.
One day, the phantom thieves of justice, the Phantomirage (Hishida Minai, Yamaguchi Kira, Harada Toa, Ishii Ran) are offered roles in a movie by its director Kurosawa Piyoshi (Nakao Akiyoshi). However, they are found by their adversary SakaSama (Dandy Sakano) of the Reverse Police and Kurosawa is reverse arrested while shooting the movie. At this rate, the movie will never become cool. The Phantomirage will have to do something so a cool movie will be finished.
