The second horror film in the "terror village" series following Shimizu Takashi's Howling Village, it depicts under the backdrop of Mt. Fuji's dense woodlands a world of madness and chaos brought on by the terror of a cursed box.
Once upon a time, a sinister curse which terrorized people was sealed deep in the dense woodlands of Mt. Fuji. Thirteen years later, a box in which the curse was sealed appears before sisters Hibiki (Yamada Anna) and Mei (Yamaguchi Mayu), and in the dense woodlands of Mt. Fuji, missing persons cases crop up one after the other. Questions linger whether the people who went missing went to the woodlands themselves, or were beckoned there by the power of an evil spirit.
