This violent film was planned and written by Takahashi Yoshiki, a longtime film critic and art director, and marks his feature film directorial debut.
Fukama (Kawase Yota), a middle-aged detective who has a bad habit of indiscriminately committing violence when enraged, is sent abroad for treatment due to repeated misconduct. A few years later, when he returns to Japan, he finds that the atmosphere of the once familiar town has changed completely due to the patrols of the vigilante group formed by the neighborhood association. Fukama learns the truth hidden behind it and revives his anger.
