This horror film is based on a real-life ghost incident that occurred in 2000 at an apartment complex in Gifu Prefecture, and was directed and written by Goto Yosuke, who has worked on numerous "Tales of the Unusual" TV episodes, which have aired since 1990.
University student Shiori (Hagiwara Minori), her ex-boyfriend Keita (Kura Yuki), and his new girlfriend Maho (Yamaya Kasumi) visit an apartment complex that was once rumored to be haunted. The apartment complex, which is almost abandoned, but still has many residents, has ongoing strange phenomena occurring one after another.
