A coming-of-age road movie depicting a small journey by four men and women who are "life's losers". Directed by Imaoka Shinji, who received high acclaim for Reiko and the Dolphins, and shot by Yamamoto Hideo, known as a master cameraman.
A chance encounter leads Ririko (Arisato Marina) an unsuccessful musician, and her friend Manami (Furuse Rinao) has just been dumped by her boyfriend, to join up with Taichi (Endo Fumiya) and Rumi (Wada Hitomi), a couple on a journey along the Koshu Highway to Yamanashi.
