This is the commercial film debut of Katsu Rika, who has worked on numerous drama adaptations as a manga editor while continuing to produce independent films.
Magazine editor Komukai Haru (Konisihi Sakurako), who is having trouble with work and love, meets Okunai Tohru (Miyazawa Hio), a painter who is famous for "only drawing blue pictures." Haru, is drawn to him, but is also bewildered by Tohru, who has a developmental disability whereby he expresses himself without any sort of social filter and is unable to understand other people's feelings.
