[ Story ]

Fujino Tomoaki directed, shot and edited this film over a 20-year period, documenting his sister who developed symptoms of schizophrenia and their socially isolated family.
The filmmaker's sister is 8 years his senior, and she excelled academically and went to medical school under the influence of their parents who are both doctors and researchers. One day, she suddenly began shouting things that seemed utterly detached from reality. While schizophrenia was suspected, her parents refused to acknowledge the illness and kept her from psychiatric care. Her younger brother, Tomoaki, questioned this decision and began documenting his family each time he returned home.
