[ Story ]
Officially entered in the Rotterdam International Film Festival in 2008. It was all shot in 8mm by the director of photography, Tamra Masaki. As simultaneous recording was not an option, Kikuchi Nobuyuki, who is in charge of sound, created the entire sound separately.
An office worker Yukie (Eguchi Noriko) is together with her fiance Tamagawa (Yonemura Ryotaro) in their apartment. There is a phone call from Tamagawa's mother who wants her son to take over the family business. Their neighbour posts a note on their door as a prank. Their landlord hands them a box full of buckwheat noodles. Yukie goes to work as usual, but she keeps washing her hands. Majima (Arata), a peculiar character at work, pesters her despite knowing she is engaged. One day Yukie brings home from work an energy drink to boost sexual stamina, and Tamagawa drinks it all at once. At a later date he is found dead in a bath tub, fully clothed. When Majima visits Yukie at home, he notices a smell in the room. When Majima reassures Yukie that she can tell him anything, Yukie bursts into tears. Noticing something strange, the landlord enters Yukie's room during her absence, and opens the bathroom door.
