Since it was first shown on TV in 1983, the robot anime series, "ARMORED TROOPER VOTOMS," has remained a perennial favorite. "ARMORED TROOPER VOTOMS Pailsen Files" is the prequel version of TV series. The director Takahashi Ryosuke has brought back together his original staff to depict in full 3DCG robot group warfare, creating precise yet full-bloodied battle scenes. The Gilgamesh Confederation has acquired secret documents that reveal the secret of the immortality gene. The names of five soldiers also found in the secret document, including Chiriko (voiced by Goda Hozumi) are then sent to the cruelest of battlefields. The war, which has latest for a 100 years, approaches its final shocking conclusion.
