Final chapter of the three-part OVA produced as a sequel to the robot animation {Armored Trooper Votoms}, which continues to boast a deeply rooted fan base since going on air in 1983. Jury Recommended Work at the 14th Japan Media Arts Festival's Animation Division. Sequel to Armored Troop Votoms: The Brilliant Heretic. Chirico (voiced by Gouda Hozumi) loses his love Fyana, and goes on a secret mission as he heads for the desert trading city Greffier, which is under siege by the Melkian Army. There, he joins his old comrades to fight the Melkian Army.
