[ Story ]
A high school sports flick by Lee Toshio, director of Detroit Metal City (Detoroito metaru shiti), featuring popular up-and-comers Ichihara Hayato (ROOKIES Rookies Sotsugyo) and Kora Kengo (SOLANIN), who are rapidly coming into their own. The fight scenes are remarkable for their realism. Childhood friends Kabu (Ichihara) and Yuki (Kora) are members of the same boxing club. Kabu is unruly but a natural born boxer, while Yuki is hardworking and a model student. As the two forge an intense rivalry, a formidable opponent appears before them.
