Humorous period piece inspired by the 1994 TV drama by the same title. Nodame Cantabile's Tamaki Hiroshi and Unforgiven's Sato Koichi deliver contemporary portrayals of historical figures. Directed by Detroit Metal City's Lee Toshio.
High school teacher Mikako (Ishihara Satomi) and her students time travel to 1868, where they meet Katsu Kaishu (Tamaki) at the magistrate's office. They realize that someone is trying to change the course of history, and go on the run with Kaishu to protect the future.
