5 directors active on the cutting-edge of Japanese film today have put together an omnibus film, all with the same budget, time and screenplay. This is directed by Imaoka Shinji, who mainly makes adult films that are released as general films, and is highly regarded for his offbeat style. Yoshiko dreams of becoming an author, and while she repeatedly submits her work for a literary award, she fails to be selected time after time. Just as her heart is about to break, her lover suddenly proposes marriage to her. While she goes through complicated emotions, her friends get together and hold a celebration for the two of them.
