A sequel to Gachiban Ultimatum which depicted fierce battles between delinquent youths, and the 12 film in the Gachiban series that has gained popularity for its hardcore action scenes and realistic fighting sequences. Mori Monji (Sano Kazuma) is severely injured in a desperate showdown with bike gang Gold Skull. He is watched over by Kuronaga Yuto (Kubota Masataka), after the two came to respect each other as a result of the fight. Before long, the Gold Skull boss is released from a juvenile reformatory, and begins to search for Monji's whereabouts.
