The twenty-first film in the youthful action series depicting battles between juvenile delinquents. Its director is Motoki Takashi, who has helmed several other entries. Kubota Masataka returns to the role of Kuronaga Yuto that he played in {GACHIBAN MAX} and GACHIBAN SUPER MAX.
Yuto (Kubota) works as a bouncer for a bar. One day, he enters the good graces of the boss of the Oyamabiko gang, but makes an enemy of gang member Ando (Yamada Yuki). Meanwhile, Yuto meets Seira (Nagano Mei), a student at the Xavier Junior High School for Girls, and the two grow closer...
