Violence mystery about an enigmatic "brain man," who has outstanding intelligence and strength, but utterly lacks human emotions. Indiscriminate serial killings erupt in an outlying town. Detective Chaya (Eguchi Yosuke) uncovers the assailant's hideaway, and takes an unidentified man (Ikuta Toma) into custody. This man is a killing robot who has no problem murdering people, and is known as the "brain man" by those around him.
