[ Story ]

This is the final installment following the theatrical version of Kisarazu Cats' Eye Japan Series, that portrayed friendship, parent-child bonds, and love from its own viewpoint. It is an adolescent movie where Bussan (Okada Junichi), who has been told that he has only 6 months to live, and his four pals, all of whom used to be the members of the high school baseball club, create havoc in their local area of Kisarazu. Director, Kaneko Fuminori and writer, Kudo Kankuro of Yaji and Kita: The Midnight Pilgrims (Mayonaka no Yajisan Kitasan) return from the previous film.
It has been 3 years since Bussan died. Bambi (Sakurai Sho), Utchie (Okada Yoshinori), Master (Sato Ryuta) and Ani (Tsukamoto Takashi) are still feeling regretful that they did not say goodbye properly to Bussan, but are leading their own lives nonetheless. One day, Bambi hears a mysterious voice that says "he" will return if you build something. That something is the baseball field, and "he" means Bussan. Bambi scrambles to gather his pals and build a baseball field. Just as the voice said, Bussan comes back to life. The four are able to face Bussan's death, and say farewell.
