[ Story ]

Nagai Akira, director of If Cats Disappeared From the World, adapts Furuya Usamaru's identically titled comic, which has also been adapted as a stage play. It depicts the student council presidency election race between high school students.
Teiichi (Suda Masaki) has entered Japan's preeminent and prestigious Kaitei High School which possesses strong ties to the political world. He aims to become the student council president, which is said to be an assurance of a future Cabinet position. Before anyone else, Teiichi begins making his moves for the election two years ahead, but numerous unimaginable ordeals await him.
